This follows 23 years of progressively expanding responsibilities as a NOAA Commissioned Officer leading staffs, ships, and organizations in various settings. Focused on applying executive leadership, strategic awareness, and technical aptitude to plan, direct, oversee, advance, and advise oceanographic and atmospheric research and development.
