Hooked on the property sector following a short stint in engineering, I have a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes across a range of asset classes in the private and public sectors. Residential investment, mixed use development and delivery has been the foundation of my career. I have an extensive knowledge of the development process from feasibility through to delivery having held key strategic director roles in sales and marketing, development, acquisition, new homes and programme management. Making things happen is what I do, I have a positive mind set, work well under pressure and often find myself the point of escalation for complex issues. I am experienced and comfortable at working with senior decision makers providing informed direction whilst standing accountable for decisions made. I am commercially minded and have worked for a range of companies from start ups, leading independents, PLC’s and local government which has afforded me a wide knowledge from entrepreneurial approach thorough to corporate compliance and governance aligned to specific business risk profile. Apt at stakeholder management, I have the credibility to persuade, influence and explain complex matters in a manner appropriate to the audience to enable decision making. I have professional pride in the work I deliver.
