I'm writing press releases, case studies, blog posts, and copy for internal and external purposes. As well as managing all of our social media channels. I also edit photos and videos for content use: I own a house with my fiancé who works in child development. We're big animal lovers and have several cats. I'm also a big fan of movies, music, and games. As well as getting outdoors for camping, hiking, and just traveling in general when we can. Just trying to find success and enjoy life in this crazy world: I worked in technical support/IT for 5 years and was a supervisor, while working on the side to assist the marketing team unofficially. That was until an official position opened. I went for it, got it, and now I'm on my true career path. Marketing, especially anything on the content creation and community management side of things, is my passion. I've been writing since I was a teenager using Word Processor and I'm thrilled that I get to write for a living now: I learn fast, I adapt confidently, and I'm good at teaching and leading others. I occasionally dress up as Deadpool, most recently as a volunteer hero for a kids birthday party. I built my home computer from scratch. I enjoy creating, learning, teaching, and improving. I care a lot about my friends and colleagues and value a positive, open and professional work atmosphere. And I think finding the fun in helping/educating/informing is as essential as the lessons learned.
