Manage the operations, quality (ISO17025:2007), and client services corporate departments that serve 18 locations with testing capabilities in microbiology, chemistry, and legal cannabis. Developed, deliver, and monitor KPI strategies for continuous improvement. Successfully opened and obtained ISO and/or State accreditation in 6 new locations, 7 remodels, or complete relocations, including 3 Cannabis testing labs. Responsible for the SOPs and assurance to meet ISO/CDC/FSMA/Cannabis regulations. Responsible for ensuring the training and ability of each facility to meet and follow regulations. Ensure all aspects of each facility are in good working order, and any needs are addressed. Provide day-to-day, end-to-end operations guidance and support to senior leadership and employees. Maintain expert knowledge of the food manufacturing industry and their regulatory requirements, and how they apply to the services our Laboratories perform. Provide onsite consultation with clients regarding vendor auditing, 3rd party lab audits/retraining/restructuring of labs (outside of Deibel), including process validation studies. Served our clients onsite in locations such as Mexico, Dubai, and Brazil, among many others in the U.S. and Canada.
