I'm a civil engineering professional with over 15 years of experience in national-scale infrastructure development. I've worked on toll road projects, national highways, bridges, office buildings and rest areas. I'm directly involved in over six National Strategic Projects (PSN) with a total contract value exceeding Rp 8 trillion. I've a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time, to quality standards, and within budget. I'm an experienced and hands-on Assistant Manager, Site Manager and Engineering Superintendent. I've worked across all phases of several projects, from pre-construction and execution to handover. I'm specialise in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, technical planning, project management, field administration and cost control. I'm capable of leading cross-stakeholder coordination (contractors, consultants, BPN, and local government) and I'm familiar with digital-based systems and documentation (MS Project & BIM). I'm a certified BIM Specialist and BNSP Level 6 Field Supervisor. I'm committed to integrity, workplace safety (K3L) and technical efficiency.
