She is an energetic, determined individual with a goal-focused approach, and a strong interest in entrepreneurship, organizational leadership, and eLearning. Innovation Successes - Designed and implemented a streamlined process for compiling field paperwork digitally. Trained and managed over 50 employees in the transformation and utilization of the industry-leading system at Colorado Hazard Control- Identified and worked with industry experts to author over 300 hours of new content for asbestos, lead, mold, methamphetamine, and safety training topics- First content developer to mix gamification and infographics into OSHA and EPA course materials- Designed and implemented a go-to-market strategy for the nation's first 100% online, AHERA refresher classes- Owner of over 10 U.S. trademarks and copyrights- Proven sales growth under leadership including growing Colorado Hazard Control from $800k to $7.2mm. Danaya has recently spoken on CHC's process of integrating technology as a means of re-engineering regulatory content and expanding industry reach to a changing workforce at the Colorado Environmental Professionals Association (CEPA), the Environmental Information Association (EIA), and the Associated General Contractors (AGC) events. As a result of her work in this field, Danaya is recognized as the premier thought leader behind re-imagining certification and compliance training for highly skilled trade groups.
