About Daniel Baglini

Incoming Yale SOM MBA | Army Innovation | Emerging Technology Integration I am an Army officer and acquisitions professional with a passion for integrating emerging technologies into modern military operations. As a member of the 173rd Airborne Brigade Innovation Team, I lead initiatives that enhance reconnaissance and combat capabilities through first-person view (FPV) drone integration. My work spans contracting, funding, procurement, and training development—ensuring cutting-edge technologies are effectively deployed and operationalized for airborne forces. This fall, I will be joining the Yale School of Management MBA Class of 2027, where I look forward to deepening my understanding of business strategy, technology innovation, and leadership development. I bring a global perspective shaped by operational experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and an academic foundation built on a B.S. in Mathematics and Finance from the University of Rhode Island. I’m passionate about building high-performing teams, bridging the gap between innovation and real-world application, and preparing organizations for the challenges of next-generation environments.
