About Daniel Baxa

I’m a systems-minded sales leader with a background in operations, lead generation, and team growth in the residential real estate space. Over the past several years, I’ve helped drive more than 700 transactions totaling over $800m in volume. My specialty is building repeatable processes that move people from curiosity to commitment—whether that’s through CRM optimization, agent coaching, cold outreach, or buyer/seller qualification. I focus on improving response times, tracking what works, and creating consistent, scalable results. Currently, I serve as Director of Growth for the Hoffman Murphy Real Estate team while pursuing my MBA at Santa Clara University. My experience as an Army Infantry Officer shaped how I lead: with clear expectations, steady communication, and a bias toward action. I’m energized by challenges and enjoy working alongside others who are striving to improve. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me training for a race, listening to live music, or helping out in the community. Real estate is a relationship business, and I love that it constantly pushes me to show up, listen closely, and help people move forward.
