About Daniel Benvegnu

Daniel was born in Anaheim Hills, CA, but spent the majority of his upbringing living abroad as an expatriate. In 2012, Daniel graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He would then go on to work in the Oil & Gas industry for Bechtel Corporation on several multi-billion dollar industrial construction projects located in Abu Dhabi, UAE, British Columbia, Canada as well as throughout Texas, USA. While at Bechtel, Daniel became experienced with Industrial Construction Project Management & Consultation, Detailed Engineering & Design as well as Process Optimization. After departing from the EPC industry Daniel decided to focus his efforts on building long-term wealth through real estate investment in Southern California. To that end, Daniel founded Empyre Holdings LLC which is a real estate investment firm based out of Orange County, California. Daniel also owns and operates Vegnu Studios, which is a music recording studio that he founded in 2015 while working abroad in Vancouver, British Columbia. In June of 2018 Daniel founded Agora Temple as a means to serve the local community through spiritual guidance, charitable outreach and hosting wellness-focused activities and initiatives. Since first opening its doors on Melrose this April Agora Temple has grown its member base to over members worldwide! In 2022, Daniel started 503DTLA; A company that owns & manages a portfolio of luxury photography & film production spaces throughout Southern California that it rents to it’s large network of production companies, celebrities, artists & influencers. These properties include mansions, rooftops, photography studios & estates. Since 503DTLA’s inception, Daniel has grown its portfolio of properties under management to 11!
