I am a registered social work senior leader/programme manager / Scrum Master with 17 years of international experience in working with vulnerable children and families. Well-versed in change management, coaching managers, leading large services, transforming practice for teams / services and improving performance under the ILACS inspection framework. Passionate about sustained growth, quality of service delivery and efficiency of public services through robust budgeting, ROI, performance and service users engagement. As a certified Project Manager, Agile Registered Scrum Master and Agile Registered Product Owner my aim is to bring into Social Care evidence based approaches from other industries; i.e, Lean/Six Sigma road mapping, Kaizen, DevOps and PRINCE2. I easily develop partnerships with stakeholders, act as a champion for young people and build sustainable inter agency working relationships. The Agile mindset improves my efficiency in working with impact analysis, complex data to manage performance, achieve goals and improve outcomes.
