About Daniel Brooks

I believe my education and experience in golf course management, including over 30 years in the industry, has prepared me to take on the role of golf course superintendent or director of agronomy at the highest-level golf clubs. I have gained experience in golf course construction and renovation with years of projects completed on time and within budget. I have a unique ability to positively change the culture at a facility, allowing the agronomy team to take ownership of their golf course and to develop a sense of pride in their completed work. I have built and developed top quality teams by recruiting and training the team members while focusing on their individual talents. I am committed to professional development and staying updated on industry trends including being certified in Florida Golf BMP’s. I have recently become a certified golf course superintendent and have a proven track record of improving overall course playability and maintaining high-quality greens. I believe my efficient management style, strong work ethic, and effective communication skills have been a significant contributing factor to my past successes. These proficiencies will also be a contributing factor to my future success as well.
