Being ambitious, knowledgeable, and reliable benefits anyone in any career. The goals I set forth are to build a TEAM (Train-ability, Equality, Attitude, Motivation), you will get nowhere without these qualities. Being part of Aquatic Facilities Operations for 9+ years, it has shown me that the environment and employee relationship needs to be closely knit. Lead Management will not always seem valuable, the age and reaction defines the skills needed. For Lead Management, I use the word SPIRIT (Success, Perception, Integrity, Respect, Inspiration, and Teamwork) it helps to understand these Six Steps of a Workplace Environment, to make it successful. SPIRIT and TEAM differ in many ways, but always have the conjoined operation in a Workplace. There is a reason to always 'Press On', humanity would have gone nowhere without it. As Calvin Coolidge once said,"Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race." As you 'Press On' you need to live your life to benefit mankind, it's a indirect partnership we are require to manage.
