Due to a Salesforce acquisition of Own, I am now a Deal Desk Analyst for Salesforce where I support the EMEA sales team structure their deals. In August 2024, I became a Deal Desk Analyst for Own Company where I was supporting the Global Sales Team. I was responsible for reviewing/approving/rejecting discount requests, Multi-Year contracts, custom language, liaising with the Rev Ops Team and Legal. I will also provide Sales Enablement with training on Deal Desk processes to set up the Sales Team for success. In September 2022, I started working at Docker as a Renewals Operations/Sales Operations Coordinator supporting the Global Sales Team. I helped the Sales team by providing various training, provisioning tech stack, help improve processes etc. In June 2023, I was promoted to a Deal Desk Coordinator role but still supporting the Global Sales Team. I was responsible for reviewing/approving/rejecting discount requests, Multi-Year contracts, custom language, reviewing redlines to our SSA and making suggestion on commercial aspects and anything legal would be passed over and liaising with Accounting and Infosec. I regularly did training on Deal Desk processes to set up the Sales Team for success. At Block Solutions, I renewed IT infrastructure across the NHS within the Managed Service Team. As a Cisco Gold Partner, I renewed a lot of their offerings as well as dealt with other third parties such as Agilitas, TechData, Citrix and Nuvias to name a few. Prior to Block, I spent over 2 and half years in the Medical Sector. Cantel specialised in Endoscopy providing Washer Disinfectors, Storage and Drying Cabinet solutions. I worked in the Customer Services team where I was a multi-skilled colleague but my main function was contracts and invoicing. Before Cantel, for 12 years I specialised in Business Transfer and Commercial Property. I sold cafes, convenience stores, restaurants, takeaways etc as well as letting and selling commercial property. I would regularly review company accounts, draft and review property leases, deal with NDA's and forging long last relationships with buyers and vendors. I have nearly 20 years of experience in customer-facing roles. I am a highly motivated, personable and professional individual. I pride myself on having a great work ethic, strong networking and communication skills with a strong desire to achieve and exceed career expectations.
