Bank Central Asia, Tbk (BCA) as Program Customer Relationship Officer which is one of management trainee (MT) program offered by BCA, and now I continue my career as an Associate Business Relationship Officer. By education, I am a Bachelor of Social and Political Science majoring in International Relations from Pelita Harapan University. In terms of my experience, I am a results-driven Relationship Manager with over four years of experience in the banking sector, specializing in client relationship management, sales processes, and leading credit application processes with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing personal Key Performance Indicators(KPIs), resulting in enhanced client satisfaction and increased revenue. Data-driven professional adept at leveraging analytics to develop strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide personalized financial solutions.
