About Daniel Drewski

I am privileged to serve as the President and CEO of the International Leadership Institute (ILI), where I lead a global movement to accelerate the spread of the Gospel by equipping and mobilizing Christian leaders. Our vision at ILI is to change history by empowering leaders of leaders, empowered by the Holy Spirit, to reach their nations with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. My journey to this role has been shaped by personal experiences of faith, loss, and surrender. When I was 10 years old, my father’s unexpected passing led my family back to the church and ultimately to my own encounter with Christ. That transformative moment – choosing a headstone for my father while accepting Jesus – continues to shape my calling to serve others. Years later, my wife Kacie and I answered a radical call to full-time ministry, selling our home and traveling cross-country with our three children to serve Christian leaders. After a devastating car accident that left our possessions destroyed but our family miraculously unharmed, we were reminded of God’s unshakable purpose and recommitted to His calling. In 2020, God opened the door for me to join ILI, where I found my life’s mission – equipping and mobilizing leaders to fulfill their God-given vision. Since then, I have helped lead strategic initiatives such as developing on-demand leadership training in multiple global languages and expanding ILI's reach to business leaders in collaboration with the Fellowship of Companies for Christ International (FCCI). I have also championed ILI’s work in East and Southern Africa, supporting indigenous leadership teams as they advance the Gospel in their communities. Since joining ILI, God has allowed us to train more than leaders across 100+ nations, including six of the top ten most persecuted countries. To date, ILI has equipped more than Christian leaders globally, with independent research confirming lasting growth in evangelism, church planting, discipleship, and social impact. My passion is empowering leaders to fulfill the Great Commission, and I am committed to fostering integrity, innovation, and collaboration in every aspect of leadership. When I’m not traveling for ministry, I lead a house church and serve as an elder at my local church. Kacie and I are grateful to walk this journey with our three children – Isaac, Emma, and Ezekiel.
