I am a man of faith, Husband, Father, Investor, Advisor, business owner, performance athlete, and in constant pursuit of growth all in areas. All of these things intermingle in everything I do. For the past 17 years I've worked in sales, banking, consulting, and training through a variety of industries including Telecommunications, Insurance, and Human Capital Management. Today, I wear multiple hats which help keep my cup and calendar full! I am the co-owner along with my wife of 2 affiliated and thriving medical wellness practices in the Des Moines area with 17 employees and consult large enterprise organizations in the Iowa and Nebraska markets (ADP). My focus is providing thought leadership to my clients on how they can drive talent, improve profitability, and minimize operational distractions in order to keep their business moving forward. I enjoy collaborating with Business Owners, Private Equity firms, C-levels and subject matter administrative experts to drive positive change in progressive organizations.
