About Daniel Ganellari

With over ten years of experience in software engineering and research, I am passionate about creating innovative and efficient solutions for complex scientific problems. As a research software engineer and a team lead at CSCS, the Swiss National Supercomputing Centre, I work with a diverse and talented team of researchers, engineers, and domain experts to develop, optimize, and maintain software solutions for solving partial differential equations on high-performance computing systems. I have a PhD in mathematical computer science which enables me to apply advanced mathematical and computational methods to various domains, such as fluid dynamics, cardiovascular biomechanics and geodynamical modeling. I am motivated by the mission of CSCS to provide world-class computing and data services to the scientific community and to support cutting-edge research and innovation. I am always eager to learn new skills, collaborate with different stakeholders, and challenge myself with new opportunities.
