About Daniel Konhauser

I am a Digital Experience Coordinator at Congregation Emanu-El of San Francisco, where I provide desktop support, video conference, and live streaming technical support to the staff and community. I also manage the Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Teams administration, and assist with the AV design and planning for the synagogue. With a CTS certification and a BFA in Film, I have over six years of experience as a Video Network Engineer, working for Wells Fargo and City College of San Francisco. I have successfully delivered numerous livestreaming and media infrastructure projects, on-time and within budget, using my skills in Dante networking, network administration, technical support, and project and task management. I have also reduced downtime across on-air operations, modernized and reinvigorated virtual event and remote work initiatives, and upgraded and maintained various media systems and platforms. I am passionate about creating and supporting engaging and effective digital experiences, using the latest technologies and best practices. I am always eager to learn new skills, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to the mission and vision of the organizations I work for.
