Help Product Management and the development teams to deliver the best value to the customer, in the right quality and priority. Lead the scrum masters in my group to stand up for the agile principles without dogmatism but being the leaders that inspires the teams I take pride in my role to- help people realise their potential through a mix of coaching, mentoring and sparring- grow peoples understanding of the agile mindset, making them get to a self-organising and self-managing stage- facilitating and paving the way for creating valuable relations between the Product Management (business) and the tech teams- getting faster and better quality in the deliveries by inspiring people to realise their potential.
