In any kind of service industry the quality of the customer's experience must be paramount. I am a Partner in the corporate finance team at Brabners and act for individuals and businesses who buy and sell companies and businesses. No matter how big or small the deal is, it's always a big deal for the client as far as I am concerned - sound commercial and legal advice, plus great value for money are things that every client of mine is entitled to expect from our team. I have extensive experience in all types of mergers and acquisitions and management buy-outs, plus a wide variety of group re-organisations, joint ventures and shareholders' agreements. I also have experience acting for both borrowers and lenders in relation to all types of financing, including acquisition finance, invoice discounting and re-financing. Clients cover a broad spectrum of sectors but I have acted on numerous transactions in the digital communications, catering, garden centres, hotels, events management, design agencies and children's nurseries sectors.
