Over the course of my career in International Nickel Processing and Mining Company, I have successfully completed numerous challenging assignments relating to process development and improvement in Nickel Processing Industry, design, commissioning, start up, ramp up and operation of large metallurgical facilities, also in managing and developing resources (people, cost, equipment). Strongly focused on environment, health and safety relating to all facets of processing. Having good knowledge, impressive communicating skills that enable myself to interact with others from any levels and backgrounds. Persuading, motivating, being sympathy and emphatic to people. As Senior Manager of Smelter Furnace, to lead and manage the operations of Furnace and Slag Handling Area to achieve annual production as planned by ensuring maximum utilization of the asset, within the planned budget and comply with PT Vale Indonesia EHS standard. As Process Development Manager to lead and manage Development Section of Process Technology Process Plant to carry out improvement project relating to process metalurgy, ore chemistry, plant environment, capital project and special monitoring and observation throughout the Processing Plant and Mine interface area with Plant. Direct, manage and develop process engineers, supervisor and technicians working under this section. As Operation Senior Process Engineer, create the business case (including conducting economic and technical assessment) and managing all projects both Capital and Non capital within scope, budget and time and also initiate and monitor all of the process improvement to sustain the operation within specification safely. As leader during accident investigation, risk assessment and HAZOP for design and construction. Specialties: Smelter in mining company, especially in Nickel processing.
