About Daniel Strouse

My professional life began in the U.S. Navy as an 8404 Field Medical Service Technician (combat medic), attached to the 22nd Marine Battalion for 2 deployments. First on the 22nd MEU working with allied forces as part of a quick reaction force for AFRICOM and NATO. On this deployment I earned the Fleet Marine Force rate. Between deployments I earned my Petty Officer 3rd Class rank tasked with maintaining medical readiness and training for over 150 marines. Then on the BSRF-13 deployment I was able to practice my newly honed instructor skills and certifications teaching Romanian, Latvian, Georgian and other allied force's medical departments in combat medicine as well as holding responsibility for over 1 million dollars in medical equipment with 0% loss. After my second deployment I attended a winter mountain survival training exercise and later that year honorably discharged. After leaving the Military I completed a 400 hour Auto Upholstery course at Mobile Technical Training I apprenticed at Advantage Interior recovering aircraft interiors. In August 2018 I began my career at Carlisle Customs and Classics building custom interiors for classic cars. I took my career to the next level when I joined the team at Legacy Innovations where they build world class cars, trucks, and motorcycles for high level clients. After working for those fantastic shops enjoying the post-military life, I was offered a wonderful position at the Lebanon VA Medical Center as a Motor Vehicle Operator. I take great pride in helping those who served our country by transporting veterans and essential medical supplies throughout the VISN 4 network. I have been working here for 5 years and it has been a fantastic experience. I look forward to seeing where my professional life goes from here! Thank you for reading!
