Specifically, this journey included many years in Jewish camping, youth group involvement, an active college campus life, then into the world of Jewish communal work (i.e. informal education centers, formal schools, community centers, synagogues, and more). In 2003, I entered seminary, and while a student and after receiving ordination, I continued in the field, eventually settling into the world of synagogue service. After twelve years in the pulpit, I am now looking for a change more along the lines of,"The Rabbi in Street Clothes." I have experience serving people of all ages, and I hope to aid in fostering a sense of personal and communal sanctuary (safe and thereby potentially sacred space) from within new and alternative settings. Integrating mind, body, and spirit, I offer people friendship and support in working to make any life experience memorable, engaging, and at the right moments challenging to who we are and pushing us forward in who we want to be. —Rabbi Daniel
