About Daniel Yerushalmi

Born into a prominent diamond family, I pursued my BA at Baruch College in New York City. Midway through my studies, my father asked me to join the family business, arguing that what I would learn from him, I wouldn’t learn in any Ivy League school. He was right. I started at the bottom of the pipeline, working my way through all the roles in the business. I learned to manage a large staff, sell, buy, and manufacture diamonds. I learned how to interact with high-profile individuals, understanding what to say and what not to say. Most importantly, I learned to always strive for more and understand the necessity of hard work. After transitioning from the diamond industry, a friend introduced me to the pawn industry. Within a year and a half, I identified a significant need in the pawn industry: a lack of financing. At P2M.AI, we developed financing solutions specifically for pawnbrokers.
