About Daniel Zacek

I focus in cooperation with colleagues on preparing offers of EPC and D&B projects for both public and corporate sphere. Our task is to secure the most favourable conditions for the client to achieve the maximum energy efficiency and the highest possible savings in operating costs. The basis of any EPC project is primarily the maximum savings guarantee. The EPC method guarantees the transfer of responsibility for project preparation, project documentation, permit processing and actual implementation from the client to ESCO (Energy Service COmpany), which guarantees the entire process, including the savings made. For each client, we use a personal and individual approach. In this form, we seek to achieve maximum return on investment, ensure a long-term guarantee, propose possible supply financing and prepare and implement energy management. Our task is to establish a long-term relationship with the client and achieve mutual satisfaction.
