OBJECTIVE Provide proactive and comprehensive HR administration and support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Respond to questions/concerns received in the HR Support Inbox • Document employee inquiries and matters in the case management system, Lansweeper. • Responsibility for reviewing the mailbox and assigning an email to team members rotates day by day (based on a monthly schedule). • Navigate the company HRIS system for employee information as needed to answer questions/resolve employee issues. • Receive, review, and process termination transactions. • Maintain sensitive employee records in the company’s documentation repository. • Review traveling mailbox (digital mail) and distribute to appropriate parties. • Review and process more complex employment verification requests and work with appropriate resources to gather information, and complete and respond to the appropriate requesting agency. • Respond to employee-related inquiries in the areas of HR policy, payroll, benefits, and other general employee questions. • Develop or maintain standard ad hoc reports that are used by the HR Business Partner team for business analysis. • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines • Handle complex, confidential, and/or sensitive inquiries/requests and assume ownership, following established processes. • Receive, document, review, and process all SAP HR transactional data requests as outlined by the established business requirements. • Compiles or assists with data reports and summaries for HR Services Team and business operations members • Regularly completes audits within the system to ensure data integrity and adherence to company processes for transactional data management and delivery.
