About Daniela Marcov

I’m a result-oriented leader with vast experience in leading teams and overseeing complex projects across various sites and countries. During the last 10 years as Chief Operations Officer, I have led 5 teams and over 100 persons across Western and Central Europe, delivering over 500 projects for over €150 million, ensuring on-time delivery, quality compliance, and budgetary adherence. My mission is to achieve operational excellence, optimize process efficiency, and enhance overall organizational performance. I have successfully implemented and improved the Quality Management System (QMS), maintaining LRQA certification according to ISO standards. I have also diversified into new sectors and international markets, reorganized the business core centers, and integrated new skills. I’m always strictly concerned with overseeing the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring sustained profitability. My passion is to bring out, make shin, and showcase the best of my teams. I empower and collaborate with my teams, fostering a culture of innovation and an open-minded approach. I leverage my problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and strategic vision to navigate challenges and seize growth opportunities. I hold an MEng in Civil Engineering complemented by dual specialized master’s degrees in management and strategy. I enjoy developing strategies to drive sustainable progress and achieving operational excellence for my company and its clients.
