Français- À travers mon parcours professionnel, j'ai eu l'occasion de travailler dans divers milieux, ce qui m'a permis de découvrir ma vocation du travail en contact directe avec le client. Depuis 2020, j'œuvre dans le milieu Communautaire auprès d'une clientèle vulnérable. J'utilise mes capacités d'écoute active, d'identification de besoins, et de communication trilingue, pour soutenir les gens dans une myriade de démarches visant l'amélioration de leur qualité de vie. C'est un rôle qui m'apporte beaucoup de satisfaction personnelle-English- Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of sectors, which lead me to the discovery of my vocation for working in direct contact with the client. Since 2020, I have been working in the Community sector, serving a vulnerable clientele. I use my skills of active listening, identification of needs, and trilingual communication to support people through a myriad of procedures, with the aim of improving their quality of life. It is a role that gives me great personal satisfaction.
