As a Customer Experience Manager I am passionated by programmes that encompass the entire organization at a cultural level. I am driven by fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the customer-facing department - customer service, sales, marketing, logistics and IT. Breaking down the silos that prevent cross-department collaboration and the development of relationships is a key goal. When it comes to understanding brands, customers now actively connect with one another, building ask-and-advocate relationships. When customer delight is a core priority, the relationship you share with your customers is more than a few levels deep. In such a transformational experience, the journey of the customer counts and also the experience across multiple touch-points. Human capital and organizational health is what I consider to be crucial in a business. It can make the difference in turning 'employees' into loyal, motivated 'ambassadors' of the company.
