I am a learning enthusiast with a growth mindset, believing that one should never stop learning–there is always “one more thing” to learn! Creating and embedding a culture of learning throughout an organisation is my passion. Inspiring and motivating teams and individuals to be the best they can be and giving companies 110% to create excellent employee and customer experiences is why I get out of bed each morning. As the Lead L&D Design Manager, I pride myself on driving a high-performing team, developing robust learning curriculums, training transfer, engaging content creation, sales and operations growth, and improving department systems and processes. As a leader, I hold my teams’ ambition and success with the highest regard–I adopt a better-together attitude. Having worked in L&D for my entire professional career (+16 years), I am incredibly experienced in the complete learning cycle and ADDIE instructional design model. I am a confident and skilled facilitator. Strategic planning and curriculum design are where I thrive. I am well versed in managing Learning Management Systems and designing various asynchronous learning interventions using tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Suite (After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Canva. As a certified Coach, I am in my element when I can help people unlock their full potential, develop, grow, and flourish! I’m an ambitious, fast learner who always seeks continuous growth and new challenges. I am a loyal and hardworking individual who is rated consistently as a highly valued contributor and has won several special recognition awards.
