Danielle has many years of experience in- leadership development - strategic leadership - innovating new practices to promote the organizational mission Her various roles have developed strengths in- strategic thinking - team development - DEI & B - mentoring, coaching, teaching- entrepreneurship - public speaking - telling stories that reach the heart and mind Her experience began at the ground level mentoring college and high school students while she pursued her BS in Public Health. Following that she was part of a multinational team pioneering a start-up non-profit in Edinburgh Scotland. There she took on various roles and responsibilities as needed to ensure the success of the initiative, which resulted in an established and enduring positive community engagement in Edinburgh. Alongside her work in the non-profit sector, she took her hobbies in business and exercise and started 3 successful for-profit personal training businesses on the East Coast of the US, in the UK, and finally in Seattle WA. She simultaneously grew in organizational and communication skills as she used her skills to teach a once-a-week writing, public speaking, and grammar course for a diverse group. After moving back to the US she retired her personal training business to step into an executive role at Every Nation Church Seattle. There she provided strategy and leadership, mentored numerous upcoming leaders, started and led a 2-year leadership school, and was subsequently promoted to senior executive leadership. In that role, her most exciting responsibility was the development and leadership of a diverse team that collaborated and actioned several innovative engagements and teaching practices. She has also led many leadership retreats and spoken at various conferences in Washington and California as a keynote speaker, breakout speaker, and emcee. For the last three years, she has written a curriculum translated and dispersed to over 80 nations for an annual vision series for the Every Nation Global organization. Most recently she was recruited to be a coach and mentor for students at Every Nation Seminary where she coaches students around the world and mentors them as they integrate their education in their context. Lastly, she started her doctorate in 2022 focused on organizational leadership. She thrives when helping people solve complex problems, pioneering new research-backed initiatives, and recruiting and empowering a diverse team.
