I've had significant growth and some very successful outcomes in my career over the past 5 years. I feel I have matured in my professional personality, developing skills that I can transfer to my everyday life. I have found professional enjoyment, pride and happiness. I'm continuously looking on improving and growing my skill set, with such a passion and curiosity to learn and increase my knowledge and experience. I have a high interest in project administration and management, event and program coordination and innovative businesses. I enjoy working at the community level delivering meaningful projects to the wider community. I understand the importance of engaging and partnering with stakeholders at all levels to support the delivering of services to community. I've not only learnt how important time management, organisation, planning and problem solving are for achieving successful project outcomes at work, but also in my personal life. These are skills I use in my day to day with home projects, caring for my family and for my own personal goals.
