About Danielle Trinidad

I am a solution-oriented professional with experience in a wide range of industries such as Consumer Packaged Goods, Medical Insurance, and Lending. As a Customer Service Order Management team for Wilton Brands, I have sharpened my documentation and analytical skills, and have worked collaboratively with departments such as Sales, Inventory, Finance, our China office, the DC teams, and Data Integrity on various topics such as processing and tracking Direct Import shipments, interpreting supplier requirements within a Vendor Guide, and tracking and reporting on promotional and seasonal orders. I'm comfortable working in a fast paced environment and can easily adjust to changes. As part of the Wal-Mart team, I also participate in regular cross-functional meetings and feel comfortable speaking up and presenting information. Additionally as part of the Wilton Brands Helping Hands organization, I have helped plan and organize charitable events, and have built donation baskets of Wilton products for fundraisers and galas. Outside of work, I have a strong interest in learning about social media algorithms and social media marketing. I am currently nearing completion of the Google Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Career Certificate, and would like to pivot my career into a marketing focused role.
