Blue-collar workers are paying billions of IDR in fees, interests, and penalties from predatory lenders every month to get by in between paychecks. That’s a timing issue as much as it is a financial struggle; one that has proven to be very problematic and costly for both employees and employers. Essentially, Workay allow employees to treat their salary like their own virtual wallet - cash it in if they need it and do convenient day-to-day money tasks without the extra steps and apps.
