One was like a brilliant, yet bratty younger brother, Adrian J. Katke (41), who made his first $Million before age 30. He was my real estate mentor. I can hear both of their LAUGHTER right Now! And That's what I remember. YES, they were BOTH very successful people. Yet more importantly, were beloved by their families, clients and business colleagues. WHY? Because they were FUN to be around, no matter the pain they were in.
