I have a rich 23-year experience in sales and management of the trading company Economic d.o.o. Vitez. I was a long-term member of the company's management, in charge of economic and commercial issues. I was at the head of a sales team that numbered from 11 to 31 members, as the head of the wholesale department, for more than 22 years. Over time, I gained practical knowledge and experience in the field of sales, franchising, management and control, business analytics, controlling, information systems and marketing. Ended engagement with the company on April 30, 2023 after 23 years and 4 months of service. As a Doctor of Economic Sciences, I have been working as an associate professor at "Vitez" Travnik University for over nine years, in the field of marketing and sales. Before that, I was a senior assistant for five years. I am currently employed at the "Vitez" University. Personal affinities are mostly directed towards business analytics, controlling, marketing, management, planning and performance measures, and digital marketing activities and metrics. I prefer and value responsibility, discipline, precision, systematicity and teamwork.
