I have an in depth understanding of the Councils Information Technology and lead from the front presenting clear and concise visions on delivering goals and objectives for service improvement programmes. I have worked for Sandwell Council during that last 5 years as a Technical Design Authority; this has enabled me to take the strategic lead on many key infrastructure projects, providing vision, drive and end to end delivery for complex business and ICT changes. The role itself has developed into not only providing technical designs, but also driving service architecture, maximising productivity, working smarter and making best use of leading edge technology.
