I have over 25 years of executive leadership in nuclear energy and power generation, including profit/loss responsibilities for $150M businesses, and spear-heading multi-billion-dollar new product development programs. I bring a results-oriented approach to leadership development. My mission is to cultivate environments where leaders can achieve sustainable outcomes while driving innovation and operational excellence and enhancing their personal lives. Vistage Worldwide empowers CEOs and business owners through peer advisory and coaching, fostering collaboration and strategic growth. As Chair, I lead executive groups in the Charlotte Metro Area, helping members navigate challenges and improve performance through shared expertise and actionable insights. I have been happily married for 42 years and have two married children and one granddaughter. I enjoy travel, golf, reading, cycling and watching movies in my free time.
