About Darryl Munro

Hey folks! Let me give you the real scoop on my leadership journey. I've been crushing it in senior leadership roles for 25+ years, using tech to drive business results that matter. Give me a diverse team to lead or a room to inspire, and I'm absolutely in my element. KPIs? We don't just hit them - we obliterate them! But here's what really fires me up: creating workplaces where every brain can thrive. As a late-diagnosed ADHD leader, I've learned that our "different" thinking styles aren't bugs - they're features! 🧠 I'm passionate about helping senior leaders unlock their authentic leadership potential, especially those who think differently. Whether you're neurodivergent, managing neurodivergent teams, or just tired of cookie-cutter leadership advice, I've got you covered. My 30-year journey has been quite the ride - from hiding my ADHD in boardrooms to leveraging it as my secret weapon. I've mastered the art of juggling complex projects, building strategic plans, and turning tech solutions into real-world wins. Excellence and innovation? That's my jam. Status quo leadership? Hard pass. I'm all about that authentic, inclusive approach that actually works. Currently building something exciting in the neurodiversity coaching space while keeping my corporate game strong. Because why choose between helping people AND crushing business goals? Let's revolutionise what leadership looks like - one authentic conversation at a time!
