In a key managerial role, I supported two services through office relocations and the transition to new working models. With experience on a Corporate Parenting Board, I have built strong networks across the NHS, HM Probation, education, and private sector providers. I excel in partnership management, negotiating priorities, and implementing Service Level Agreements. I am passionate about delivering practical training to promote workplace equity for disabled employees. As a writer and public speaker, I advocate for disability inclusion and meaningful change. Currently providing consultancy in safeguarding, child-first approaches, supervision auditing, I am keen to connect with others in this space.
