I have over 20 years of experience in sales management, customer service, and business development, and I have a PowerMBA certification that enhances my knowledge and skills in the field of business. I collaborate with revenue operations, quality assurance, and marketing teams to measure data, optimize processes, and increase efficiency and effectiveness. I also create new teams in new markets to expand the company's reach and customer base.
