My nuclear training has prepared me for complex operations, compliance leadership, quality assurance, and safety oversight. I have thrived in leadership roles of up to people, where I aligned skills, resources, and priorities to drive meaningful impact in executing an $8B acquisition, operations, and HR budget. With a proven track record as an executive-level leader, I have successfully led large, diverse organizations. I have a Master’s in National Security and Strategic Studies, a Certificate in Data Analytics from MIT Sloan School of Management, and I am a graduate of the Navy’s Nuclear Power training program (equivalent to a master's in nuclear engineering). As a Defense Ventures Fellow, I gained valuable insights into venture capital and corporate engagement, learning how to match innovative ideas with the right resources and investment opportunities. I have run a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier and managed large organizations and budgets. In high-stakes environments, prioritizing resources and setting strategic direction are critical - our success as a team reflects our ability to not only meet the mission but also grow and evolve. I am known for fostering a culture of excellence through empowerment. I am decisive yet open to feedback, a high-velocity learner, and adaptable to any challenge. I have proven my ability to master new disciplines, consistently stepping beyond my comfort zone. I am an avid golfer, constantly working on improving my game.
