I’ve always been drawn to solving complex problems and turning ideas into reality—especially when it comes to developing life-changing medical devices. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve had the privilege of leading cross-functional teams, managing multi-million-dollar programs, and bringing innovative products to market that improve patient outcomes. My career started in engineering, where I focused on designing and refining medical devices, diving deep into verification & validation, product development, and regulatory compliance. Along the way, I discovered my passion for project leadership—not just driving projects forward, but also mentoring teams, aligning stakeholders, and turning strategic visions into executable plans. Beyond the technical and strategic aspects of my work, I take pride in mentoring and empowering others. I’ve had the privilege of coaching project managers and engineers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers. Nothing is more fulfilling than seeing a team come together, overcome obstacles, and succeed.
