I am an accomplished procurement specialist with extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering strong relationships with suppliers and customers. Over my career, I’ve led high-impact projects in the automotive and EV industries, consistently driving cost savings, improving efficiencies, and meeting critical company metrics. At Dana, I managed three EV-focused programs simultaneously, including transferring of inventory to a new supplier with no disruptions. I also led the effort to source a new Electronic Control Unit for a 2026 program, exceeding expectations by securing eight quotes and achieving a final piece price of $185—$40 below the target. Despite initially knowing little about ECUs, I took the initiative to master the product, demonstrating my adaptability and commitment to excellence. At Ford, I secured critical semiconductor supplies during a global shortage, ensuring zero production losses. I also contributed to capacity planning for the Mach-E Mustang, Ford’s first entry into the EV market. My three years at Ford Transmission allowed me to collaborate with unionized workers and gain valuable experience negotiating with UAW delegates. Throughout my career, I have led and trained over 140 employees and 9 supervisors, emphasizing product knowledge, safety, and customer service while cultivating future leaders. I’m quick to absorb new information and leverage insights from subject matter experts to deliver results across business disciplines. Balancing professional growth with personal challenges, I returned to college in 2006 to earn my bachelor’s degree in Business Supply Chain Management from the University of Michigan–Dearborn. While working 55 hours a week, raising a family, and caring for my father with Alzheimer’s, I successfully completed my degree—one of my proudest achievements.
