My mission is to lead up by example, be of service to all of God’s kids, pack more into the stream of life than I take and inspire others to live a more fulfilled life. As a sales leader for many years, I understand how challenging it is to build a successful sales team. In my experience leading a sales team, salespeople had goals of- Increasing sales - Acquiring more new clients - Developing, growing and retaining clients - Differentiating themselves by delivering more value My experience was that salespeople struggled to- Have good discovery conversations - Not talk about how great their company and product is - Build long-term relationships versus transactional ones - Make their client feel something; have an experience - Earn trust and credibility Unaddressed, these struggles often resulted in them not hitting their quota. Based upon my WHY of simplify, you can expect me to engage with you using laser language. Straight to the point. HOW I simplify is by looking for the right way to get results. I believe there is a proper and correct way to do the right things right. For me, following proven processes and procedures is the way to go. WHAT I ultimately deliver are solutions and ideas that make sense.
