I am a driven individual, passionate about personal and professional development and trained and experienced in leadership. Highly IT literate, a people person and an effective, motivating, leader. I am a positive, honest and highly motivated individual. As a leader I am a transparent, autonomous facilitator that makes it my goal to furnish my team with the support and resources they need to perform optimally, subsequently resulting in measured service success. I am highly skilled in delivering ICT solutions and have a deep interest in the use of digital applications to deliver service improvement. I am comfortable with the suite of Microsoft 365 applications and developing automation deliver efficiencies in service process. Currently I am working to gain experience in programming using Python and learning HTML and CSS script writing. I have experience in development of processes and procedures, supporting teams through major transition and working effectively in high pressure target driven environments. I am committed to seeking ways and means of developing myself, both professionally and personally, such as opting to pursue various qualifications in my own time, including a level 3 qualification in leadership and management and a BA degree (with honours) in Business Management. As a result of this I have obtained new skills, as well as developing my current skillset, such as; dealing with challenging and difficult behaviour, solving problems, managing accounting & finance, human resource management and understanding & managing change. Through running my own businesses I have learnt the importance of budgeting, using appropriate accounting and finance techniques and have become very active in marketing. Using skills I have learnt from my degree, my career and own personal experiences, I have become successful with my business, earning a steady annual turnover. This business has given me an opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to real life practical situations.
