With a background in human resources, operations, and client relations, I am passionate about creating and enhancing organizational success. My career journey spans roles in corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors, where I’ve built expertise in HRIS, payroll implementation, volunteer management, and administrative leadership. Amid industry-wide shifts, I proactively advanced my education by earning relevant certifications through OC Workforce Solutions and Alison online courses, expanding my skill set in HR, payroll systems, and workforce development. I was honored to secure a place on the Orange County Government’s Human Resources List (Score Group A) and successfully transitioned to my current role as an Implementation Specialist at ADP. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Industrial & Organizational) with a minor in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton, along with an Associate’s Degree in Social Behavior and Self-Development from Fullerton College. Additionally, I completed two service terms as a VIP & CalPREP Fellow with AmeriCorps, gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit leadership, volunteer management, and organizational development. Whether working with clients, employees, or volunteers, I thrive in environments where I can develop strategic solutions and foster meaningful connections.
