My background includes designing and managing enterprise-scale developments, with a focus on team growth, enterprise architecture, and process improvement. I’ve led projects serving over users across multiple campuses totaling 2.6 million square feet in four communities. Specialties include listening, participatory facilitation, team building, process change, property development, micro-enterprise development, and energy literacy.
