I am an accomplished business change analyst with over 13 years’ experience in the energy industry where I have developed and progressed through several roles, most recently as a Process Design Analyst in our business change arm. In each role I have developed my skills and knowledge, focussing on learning project management methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and introducing myself to Agile principles. I have proven evidence in the practical application of waterfall methodologies to optimise processes which align with the overall business strategy and reach the desired customer outcome. I pride myself on having solid analytical, organisational and communication skills and have a strong desire to utilise my strengths in business change and process improvement alongside sourcing opportunities to develop my skills further in other arenas.
