I've been in the Vocational Ministry space for a decade. I've accumulated a wide spread of skills, specifically as it pertains to leadership, development, and management. I'm a quick study, achiever, and a culture absorber. I'm ever observant, and navigate people, and relationships with intentionality. My skillset isn't just limited to navigating people. I'm skilled in all things media and tech related. My background is in music production and recording. Those skills have been multiplied into the video recording and editing space as well. Administrative skills and organization are also two skills I've sharpened over the last few years. In my current position, I've advanced from a Worship and Creative Pastor to serving on the Executive Leadership Team in less than 5 years. I've grown and developed teams, and have initialized a creative team and core production team, delegating the week to week and day to day expectations of the ministry. I've empowered people to step into their passions with boldness, and have helped develop talent from its roots. In short, my success is seeing people win at the highest level.
